About the data processing

We make use of the services of Office365 for our regular business email communications. This party has taken the appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent any misuse, loss and corruption of your and our
data as much as possible. Office365 has no access to our mailboxes and we treat all our email communication with the strictest confidentiality.
Purpose of the data processing
Overall purpose of processing
We use your data solely for the sake of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order that you have placed. We do not use your data for
(targeted) marketing purposes. If you share information with us and we use this information – other than at your request – to contact you at a later date, we will seek your explicit consent first. Your details will not be shared with third parties other than to enable us to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by the agreement
between them and us, or by an oath of office, or legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. These data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) are not considered personal data.
Cooperation with fiscal and criminal investigations
If the occasion arises, Koolen Solar Projects can be bound by law to share your data in connection with governmental fiscal or criminal investigations. In such cases, we are
are compelled to share your data, but we shall do our utmost to prevent this

We will retain your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will store your client profile until you notify us that you no longer wish to use our services. We keep a record of requests that have been dealt with; in the case of a request to be forgotten, we keep an anonymised record. You will receive all copies and data in the machine-readable format that we use in our systems. You have the right at all times to lodge a
complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data in an incorrect manner.

If your request is accepted, we will send you copies or copies of all the data
concerning you that we have processed, or that are processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties to the email address that we have on record. In such a case, it is likely that we will no longer be able to continue providing services, as the secure
interlinkage of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object to processing and other rights
Where appropriate, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Koolen Industries Solar. If you object we will immediately suspend
the processing of your personal data while we wait for your objection to be resolved. If your objection is well-founded, we will make copies and/or copies of the data that we process (or have processed on our behalf) available to you and then permanently cease
processing the data. You also have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We will not process your data in such a way that this right is applicable. If you believe that this is the case, please contact our contact person responsible for privacy matters.
